You can relax on the couches or have an aperitif. • There is a washing machine with detergents for your laundry. The apartment is air-conditioned, with heating and air conditioning, and has free Wi-Fi with Fiber Optic up to 1GBPS, the fastest available in the city. Perfect for work video calls, downloading heavy files and browsing social media, or just watching a movie. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, except for some staff-only lockers (for example, with cleaning supplies or linen spare parts). The bus stop to Leonardo da Vinci Airport and the train to Rome are just an 8-minute walk away. If you don't want to take the bus, the airport is only a 7-minute taxi ride away. There are also in the immediate vicinity: Bus: Cotral and shuttle to reach the train to Rome. Train: Fast Regional. SMOKING POLICY: Please note that the entire facility is NO SMOKING - NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home even when keeping the windows open or looking out the window. Penalties will be adopted in case of violation of the NO SMOKING conduct.
